115 Ending member appointments The Minister may end the appointment of a member of the board (including the chair and any deputy chair) if the member— (a) contravenes a territory law; or (b) is absent from 3 consecutive meetings of the board, otherwise than on approved leave; or (c) exercises the member’s functions other than in accordance with section 116; or (d) fails to comply with section 117 without reasonable excuse; or Membership of board Division 8.2 (e) has a physical or mental incapacity that substantially affects the exercise of the member’s functions; or (f) is not eligible for appointment as a member.
