109 Facility operator must not withdraw or refuse to provide
care service
A facility operator must not withdraw a care service from an
individual, or refuse to provide a care service to an individual, only
because the operator knows that—
(a) the individual or their agent has asked, or is likely to ask, for
information about voluntary assisted dying; or
(b) the individual has made, or is likely to make, a request to access

The Voluntary Assisted Dying Oversight Board is established.
111 Members of board
The board consists of at least 4, but not more than 7 members,
including the chair and deputy chair (if one is appointed).
