103 Definitions—div 7.2 (1) In this division: deciding practitioner, for a decision about the transfer of an individual, means— (a) if the individual has a coordinating practitioner—the coordinating practitioner; or (b) if the individual does not have a coordinating practitioner—a treating doctor of the individual. relevant person means— (a) for information about voluntary assisted dying—any person who can provide the information; and (b) for a request to access voluntary assisted dying—a person who is necessary for the exercise of a function under part 3 (Request and assessment process for access to voluntary assisted dying) or part 4 (Accessing voluntary assisted dying and death) in relation to an individual’s request for access to voluntary
