102 Application—div 7.2 (1) This division applies if— (a) an individual is a resident of a facility; and (b) the facility operator does not provide residents of the facility with access to a relevant service. relevant service means a service in relation to— (a) the provision of information about voluntary assisted dying; or (b) the exercise of a function under part 3 (Request and assessment process for access to voluntary assisted dying) or part 4 (Accessing voluntary assisted dying and death) in relation to an individual’s request for access to voluntary assisted dying.
