35 Power to dispose of business undertaking s. 35 (1) Despite anything to the contrary in the **State Owned Enterprises Act 1992** or an Order under that Act, the Corporation may, with the written consent of the Treasurer— (a) sell, assign, transfer or dispose of all or any part of its business undertaking; and (b) enter into any agreement necessary or incidental to that purpose. (2) The Treasurer may give written directions to the Corporation in relation to the sale, assignment, transfer or disposal of any part of its business undertaking. S. 36 substituted by No. 35/1998
