32 General enforcement powers s. 32 (1) For the purposes of this Act, the Corporation has the powers conferred on it by the **Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987**. (2) Fees and penalties under this Act are payable to the Corporation. (3) A document required or authorised to be served on the Corporation may be served— (a) personally on a person apparently concerned in the management of the Corporation; or (b) personally on a person apparently authorised to accept service of documents on behalf of the Corporation; or (c) by post to the principal office of the Corporation.
