27Q Disclosure of registered information s. 27Q (1) The registrar must— (a) allow access at all reasonable times to the register; and (b) provide information from the register recorded under section 27L(4); and (c) provide a copy of a registered licence— to any person who pays the prescribed fee (if any). (2) The registrar may provide information to a prescribed person in connection with— (a) the establishment of; or (b) the operation of; or (c) the satisfaction of enquiries to— the integrated computerised information retrieval project, relating to information about land, its ownership and use, that is known as Landata.
