27N Creation etc. of interests in licences s. 27N A purported creation or assignment of an interest in, or conferred by, a licence, and any purported dealing affecting an interest in, or conferred by, a licence, has no effect until an instrument in a form approved by the registrar evidencing the creation, assignment or other dealing is registered.
