18E Justice agencies to deal with justice agency complaints (1) If a victim makes a justice agency complaint to a justice agency, the justice agency must— (a) give the victim information about the process that will be used for resolving the complaint; and (b) take all reasonable steps to resolve the complaint as soon as practicable.

(2) The victim must give the justice agency any document or information that the victim can provide and which is reasonably required by the justice agency to resolve the complaint.
