76 Order does not affect other applications or proceedings A variation or revocation application prevention order made by a Court or VCAT does not affect a person's right— (a) to make or continue another type of interlocutory application in a Victorian court or tribunal; or (b) to commence or continue a proceeding in a Victorian court or tribunal. The terms of a litigation restraint order may restrict a person's right to make or continue an interlocutory application or commence or continue a proceeding in a Victorian court or tribunal.
