69 Court or VCAT may vary or revoke litigation restraint order (1) If it considers it is in the interests of justice to do so, a Court or VCAT may by order— (a) vary a litigation restraint order in any manner the Court or VCAT considers appropriate; or (b) revoke a litigation restraint order. (2) A Court or VCAT may make an order under subsection (1)— (b) on an application under section 65(1) or (2).
