61 Direction as to giving notice of application—intervention order legislation (1) This section applies if the Magistrates' Court or the Children's Court considers that an application for leave to proceed under an extended litigation restraint order that relates to intervention order legislation should proceed. (2) The Magistrates' Court or the Children's Court (as the case requires) must direct the principal registrar of the court to cause notice of the application to be given to the following persons— (b) the person (if any) who made the application for the extended litigation restraint order to which the application for leave to proceed relates; (c) any person named in the proceeding to which the application for leave to proceed relates. (3) The Magistrates' Court or the Children's Court may make any other order in relation to the notification of persons that it considers appropriate in the circumstances. (a) include a copy of the application for leave to proceed; and (b) state that the person given notice of the application is entitled to make submissions in relation to the application.
