51 Court or VCAT may grant leave to make or continue interlocutory application On an application under section 50, a Court or VCAT may grant a person who is subject to a limited litigation restraint order leave to make or continue an interlocutory application in a proceeding to which the order relates if the Court or VCAT is satisfied that— (a) the interlocutory application to be made or continued is not a vexatious application; and (b) there are reasonable grounds for the application.
