41 Appeal restriction order does not affect other applications or proceedings An appeal restriction order made by a Court or VCAT does not affect a person's right— (a) to make or continue another type of interlocutory application in a Victorian court or tribunal; or (b) to commence or continue a proceeding in a Victorian court or tribunal (other than the appeal). The terms of a litigation restraint order may restrict a person's right to make or continue an interlocutory application or commence or continue a proceeding in a Victorian court or tribunal.
