37 Supreme Court may make an appeal restriction order (1) The Supreme Court may make an appeal restriction order against a person if the Supreme Court is satisfied that— (2) An appeal restriction order made against a person by the Supreme Court may direct that, for the period specified by the Supreme Court, the person has no right to appeal a decision by a Victorian court or tribunal— (a) to refuse leave to make or continue an interlocutory application in a proceeding; or (b) to refuse leave to commence or continue a proceeding.
