14 Limited litigation restraint order does not affect certain applications or proceedings A limited litigation restraint order made against a person in respect of a proceeding does not affect the person's right— (a) to make or continue an interlocutory application in another proceeding in a Victorian court or tribunal; or (b) to commence or continue another proceeding in a Victorian court or tribunal.
