4 REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Vehicles which comply with the emissions limits and technical requirements of Appendix A of this vehicle standard, including all the applicable tests specified in paragraph 5.2 of Appendix A, and as varied by Part 5 of this vehicle standard, will be accepted as complying with this vehicle standard.
