### 9 Appointment of tender committee

> > (2) The Committee is to consist of –

> > > > (a) the Valuer-General; and
> > >
> > > > (b) a person nominated by the Treasurer who has special knowledge of, and experience in, the administration of the [Land Tax Act 2000](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2000-074) ; and
