### 65 Postponement of rescission of Land Valuation Regulations 1972 > > (1) The rescission of the [Land Valuation Regulations 1972](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/sr-1972-173) that, but for this section, was to have been effected on 1 January 2002 is postponed until 1 January 2003. > > > (2) [Subsection (1)](#GS65@Gs1@EN) does not apply so as to prevent the rescission of the [Land Valuation Regulations 1972](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/sr-1972-173) at any time before 1 January 2003.
