### 63 Regulations > > (1)  The Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Act. > > > (2)  Without limiting the generality of [subsection (1)](#GS63@Gs1@EN) , the regulations may – > > > > > > (a) provide for the costs of proceedings before the court or an arbitrator and for the recovery of those costs as if ordered to be paid by the Supreme Court; and > > > > > > > (b) provide that any return, notice or other document required to be provided or given to any person for the purposes of the regulations is to be verified by statutory declaration.
