### 58 Entry on land > > (1) The Valuer-General or any other person appointed under [section 6](#GS6@EN) may at all times during the day enter on any land for the purposes of this Act. > > > (2) A person must not obstruct or hinder the Valuer-General or a person so appointed in the exercise of his or her functions under this Act. > > > > Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
