### 57 Power of Valuer-General to require returns to be furnished > > (1) Where an owner of land or other person is required under this Act to provide information to the Valuer-General, the owner or other person must, in the manner and within the time required by the Valuer-General, furnish the information required and the Valuer-General may, if he or she thinks fit, require that information to be verified by statutory declaration. > > > (2) A person of whom information is so required must state his or her correct postal address for the service of notices.
