### 42 Removal of appeals into Supreme Court > > (1)  An objection standing in a court list under [section 38](#GS38@EN) may be summarily removed into the Supreme Court by order of the Supreme Court or a judge, if it appears to the Supreme Court or judge that the objection raises a point of principle of general importance. > > > (2)  An order under this section may be made on such terms as to costs or otherwise as the Supreme Court or judge thinks fit. > > > (3)  When an objection is removed into the Supreme Court under this section, it is to be dealt with in all respects as if it were included in a Supreme Court list under [section 41](#GS41@EN) .
