(1) This clause applies to the following land known as the Hunter Valley Equine Research Centre Precinct at Scone—
(a) Lots 806–812, DP 1061912, Caulfield Place,
(b) Lot 10, DP 1050834 and Lot 816, DP 1061912, Flemington Drive,
(c) Lots 813–815, DP 1061912, Moonee Valley Close,
(d) Lot 72, DP 852547 and Lot 805, DP 1061912, Randwick Way.
(2) Development for the purposes of animal boarding or training establishments and veterinary hospitals is permitted with development consent.
