95 Recovery of amounts owing (1) If an amount owing to an owners corporation is not paid on or before the date it is payable, the corporation may recover the amount as a debt from the unit owner, together with interest under section 94. (2) If the ownership of a unit changes after an amount owing to the owners corporation becomes payable, the owner at the time the amount becomes payable and each subsequent owner are liable both separately and together for the amount, together with interest under section 94.
