87 Sinking fund—what must be paid into the fund? An owners corporation for a units plan must pay the following amounts into its sinking fund: (a) sinking fund contributions paid to the owners corporation; (b) any amount received by the owners corporation that is not required or allowed to be paid into a general fund; (c) any amount authorised by an ordinary resolution to be transferred from the administrative fund to the sinking fund; (d) any amount to be transferred from a special purpose fund to the sinking fund— (i) in accordance with the purpose of the special purpose fund; or (ii) that is authorised by a special resolution.
