61 Service contractor not to be contracted for longer than 25 years (1) An owners corporation must not enter into a service contract with a service contractor for longer than 25 years. (2) If an owners corporation enters into a service contract with a service contractor for longer than 25 years, the contract is taken, for all purposes, to be a contract for 25 years.
