26 Other qualifications on owners corporation’s maintenance obligations (1) An owners corporation’s obligation under section 24 (1) (d) to maintain the defined parts of a building containing class A units does not require the corporation to carry out any painting of a unit unless the painting is necessary because of other maintenance being carried out by the owners corporation.
