122 Owners corporation name, address and letterbox
(1) An owners corporation for a units plan must ensure that a notice
showing the name of the corporation, and the address shown on the
units plan for the service of documents, is continuously displayed in
a conspicuous place on the land, unless—
(a) the address shown on the units plan for the service of documents
is the postal address of a building on the land; and
(b) the corporation provides a letterbox on the land under

(2) If the address shown on the units plan for the service of documents is
the postal address of a building on a land, the owners corporation
must ensure that a letterbox suitable for postal delivery, showing the
name of the corporation in clear and legible characters, is
continuously available in a conspicuous and accessible place on the
land.
Maximum penalty: 1 penalty unit.
(3) If an owners corporation changes its address for service of
documents, it must lodge notice of the change with the
registrar-general in a form approved by the registrar-general under
the Land Titles Act 1925.
