26 Territory rent for unit leases—unit title proposals approved before 1 October 1975 If proposals for the subdivision of a parcel of land were approved under the Unit Titles Act 1970 before 1 October 1975 (whether conditionally or otherwise), the rent reserved under the lease of any unit provided for by the proposals is 5 cents per year payable if and when demanded.
