22A Meaning of unit title assessor
In this Act:
unit title assessor means—
(a) a works assessor licensed under the Construction Occupations
(Licensing) Act 2004; or
Note Works assessor—see the Construction Occupations (Licensing)
Act 2004, s 14A.
(b) a building surveyor licensed under the Construction
Occupations (Licensing) Act 2004 when providing a works
assessment service.
