18 Unit title applications—class A units and class B units (1) A unit title application must show any class A unit as part of a building, with boundaries defined by reference to the floors, walls and ceilings of the building as shown in the application. (2) A unit title application must show any class B unit as land that has boundaries unlimited in height except to the extent of any encroachment at, above or below ground level by another part of the parcel.
