17B Unit title applications—lease part of multi-lease building
(1) This section applies to an application under section 17 or section 17A
to the territory planning authority for approval of the subdivision of a
parcel if—
(a) there is a building on, or proposed for, any part of the parcel;
and
(b) the building includes leases that are not included in the
application; and
(c) the parcel is not part of a community title scheme approved
under the Community Title Act 2001, section 10.
(2) The application must include a building management statement.
