175 Review by internal reviewer (1) The internal reviewer for an internally reviewable decision must review the decision. (2) The review must happen within 28 days (the 28-day period) after the day the territory planning authority receives the objection to the internally reviewable decision. (3) The internal reviewer must— (a) allow the objection and substitute the reviewer’s own decision; or (b) disallow the objection. (4) If the objection is not decided within the 28-day period, the objection is taken to have been disallowed by the internal reviewer.
