174 Objections
(1) A person mentioned in schedule 1, column 4 in relation to an
internally reviewable decision may object to the decision.
(2) However, a person may not object to a decision if—
(a) the person applied for the decision; and
(b) the decision was made in accordance with the application.
(3) The objection must—
(a) be in writing; and
(b) state the person’s name and address; and
(c) set out the person’s reasons for making the application; and
(d) be given to the territory planning authority.
(4) The objection must be given to the territory planning authority
within—
(a) 28 days after the day the person is given the internal review
notice for the decision; or
(b) any longer period allowed by the territory planning authority
before or after the end of the 28-day period.
