173 Definitions—pt 14
In this part:
internally reviewable decision means a decision mentioned in
schedule 1, column 3 under a provision of this Act mentioned in
column 2 in relation to the decision.
internal reviewer—see section 174A.
internal review notice—see the ACT Civil and Administrative
Tribunal Act 2008, section 67B (1).
reviewable decision means an internal reviewer’s decision in relation
to an internally reviewable decision.
