161D Cancellation orders—right of appearance (1) The following have a right to appear on an application for a cancellation order for a units plan: Titles (Management) Act 2011, section 100 (Building insurance by owners corporation); (e) the director-general, for the Territory. (2) An owners corporation that applies for a cancellation order must serve a copy of the application on everyone else who has a right to appear, except the director-general. (3) A person who has a right to appear may be represented by a lawyer (4) The registrar of the Supreme Court must give a copy of an application for a cancellation order to the director-general.
