157 Final building damage order—amendment of units plan (1) This section applies while a provisional building damage order approving a building damage scheme is in force. (2) On application by the applicant for the provisional building damage order, the ACAT may make an order (a final building damage order) authorising the amendment of the units plan in accordance with the building damage scheme approved under the provisional building damage order. (3) The ACAT may make a final building damage order only if satisfied that— (a) the approved building damage scheme has been carried out as far as practicable; and (b) any order ancillary to the provisional building damage order has been complied with. (4) The ACAT may make any ancillary order necessary or convenient for giving effect to a final building damage order.
