14 Common boundaries—internal
If a floor, wall or ceiling separates a class A unit or a unit subsidiary
from common property or another unit or unit subsidiary, the
common boundary lies along the centre of the floor, wall or ceiling,
unless otherwise specified in the relevant unit title application or units
plan.
