94 Registrar may advertise details of unclaimed superannuation benefits For the purposes of identifying and locating the owner of unclaimed superannuation benefits, the Registrar must advertise, publish or make publicly available— (a) on the Internet in a searchable form updated regularly; and (b) in any other form the Registrar considers appropriate— the minimum amount of information on the register of unclaimed superannuation benefits that the Registrar considers necessary and expedient to achieve those purposes.
