89 Provision for claims made after payment into Consolidated Fund (1) If money is paid into the Consolidated Fund under this Part, any claim, application or proceeding made or instituted in respect of that money, must be heard and determined as if the money had remained in Court. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the Court may make an order for payment, or part payment, of the money paid into the Consolidated Fund to any person. (3) If an order is made under subsection (2) and served on the Minister, the Minister must comply with the order and pay the amount specified in the order to the person specified in the order as being the person entitled to the money. (4) The amount of money paid to a person under subsection (3) must not include any interest that has accrued since the date of payment into the Consolidated Fund. (5) Any amounts payable under this Part are payable out of the Consolidated Fund, which is, to the necessary extent appropriated accordingly.
