86 Money paid into Court For the purposes of this Part, ***money paid into Court*** means— (a) money or any security paid into Court or paid into any ADI (whether in the name or to the credit of any officer or person of the Court) and that may be subject to an order or disposition of the Court; and (b) from the time of the payment of the money into Court includes— (i) any interest, dividends or other profits that have accrued from the money paid into Court; or (ii) the proceeds from the sale of any security paid into Court.
