(1) On the hearing of an appeal under this Division by the Court, the Court may make any order it thinks fit and may by order confirm, reduce, increase or vary the assessment, reassessment, decision made under section 30 or repayment notice.
(2) The costs of the appeal are in the discretion of the Court.
