30 Determination of application by Registrar (1) The Registrar must— (a) consider an application made under section 29 within 60 days after receiving the application; and (b) give notice in writing to the applicant of his or her decision to either— (i) allow or allow in part, the application; or (ii) disallow the application; and (c) give reasons for disallowing the application or for allowing the application in part only. (2) If the Registrar does not make a decision under subsection (1) within 60 days after receiving the application, the Registrar is taken to have made a decision to disallow the application.
