26G Notice of determination
> > (1) The Chief Commissioner must give notice to the applicant of the determination of the objection.
>
> > (2) The Chief Commissioner must give reasons for—
> >
> > > (a) allowing the objection in part only, or
> >
> > > (b) disallowing the objection.
>
> > (3) The reasons for a determination of an objection in relation to which the Civil and Administrative Tribunal has jurisdiction under Division 2 to review must set out the matters referred to in the [Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1997-076), section 49(3) in relation to the determination.

> > (4) The notice must also inform the applicant of the applicant’s right to make an application for review under Division 2.
