#### 13H Register of unclaimed superannuation benefits 13H Register of unclaimed superannuation benefits > > (1) The Chief Commissioner must keep a register of unclaimed superannuation benefits paid to the Chief Commissioner under this Part. > > > (2) The register may be in such form, and kept in such manner, as the Chief Commissioner determines but must include particulars of— > > > > > (a) the unclaimed superannuation benefits paid to the Chief Commissioner by a public sector superannuation provider, and > > > > > (b) the member in respect of whom the unclaimed superannuation benefit was payable. > > > (3) The Chief Commissioner may give information contained in the register to the Commissioner of Taxation holding office under a law of the Commonwealth. > > **s 13H:** Ins 1997 No 30, Sch 1 \[6\].
