#### 13 Liability in respect of unclaimed money 13 Liability in respect of unclaimed money > > (1) An enterprise that pays unclaimed money to the Chief Commissioner in compliance with this Act is relieved from all further liability (other than a liability arising under any other law) in respect of the money concerned. > > > (2) However, this section does not operate to relieve an enterprise from— > > > > > (a) any obligation to comply with section 11 or a requirement, notice or direction under Part 5, or > > > > > (b) liability in respect of money paid to the Chief Commissioner in purported compliance with this Act if the Chief Commissioner repays the money to the enterprise under Part 4.
