17A Guarantee fees
[Section 17A Inserted by No. 1 of 2009, Sched. 1, Applied:27 Apr 2009] Division 1 of Part 11 of the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 applies in relation to the Company and a subsidiary of the Company as if the Company were a Government Business Enterprise specified in Schedule 3 to that Act and the subsidiary were a subsidiary within the meaning of that Act.
