90 Loader's duties (b) the dangerous goods in the load or their packaging are not stowed, loaded and restrained in compliance with Part 8.1 (a) the person loads dangerous goods that are in or on a cargo transport unit for transport; and
Regulations 2011 70 (b) the cargo transport unit is not restrained in compliance with (a) intentionally loads the goods into or onto the vehicle for and (c) is reckless as to the non-compliance.
