67Consignor's duties

67 Consignor's duties (b) the goods are in a package; and (c) the package is not appropriately marked. Regulations 2011 48 (c) the package is marked or labelled as if it contained (4) An offence against subregulation (1), (2) or (3) is an offence of strict liability. (5) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subregulation (3) if the defendant establishes that the marking or labelling of the package complies with the requirements of the contents of the package.
